Processing time

Most orders are made to order. Typical processing time is [3–5 business days]. During holidays or high volume, processing may take longer.

Shipping method

We ship most orders using USPS Ground Advantage (tracked). Delivery time is typically [2–5 business days] after shipment, but carrier delays can occur.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it at the customer’s expense.

Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft (porch piracy). If your package appears lost or stuck in transit, contact us and we’ll help you file a claim or work with the carrier.
