Return & Refund Policy

Because many of our items are made to order and personalized, all personalized/custom engraved items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless:

  • the item arrives damaged, or we made an error (wrong name, wrong design, wrong product vs what you ordered).

If your item arrives damaged

  • Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery at [your email] with:

  • your order number, and clear photos of the damage and the packaging

  • We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation

If we made a mistake

If the engraving does not match the details you provided, we will remake or replace the item at no cost.

Customer-provided mistakes (spelling/design selection)

If the engraving matches what you submitted (including spelling), we can’t offer refunds or free replacements.

Non-custom / non-personalized items

If we sell an item that is not personalized, you may return it within [14/30] days of delivery as long as it’s unused and in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Cancellations

Custom/personalized orders can be cancelled only before production starts. Once we begin engraving, the order cannot be cancelled.
